A Successful First Community Brunch

On Friday 22nd September, we hosted our first Community Brunch in celebration of the school opening on Monday 25th September.

We welcomed over 100 guests from the community, students and their families, as well as many supportive businesses and trusts.

It also marked the opening of our bespoke ‘Papworth Hall School Cafe’ which will be run by our students for the local community, supporting learners to develop life skills and pursue an interest in hospitality if chosen.

Staff have worked incredibly hard over the past month to get the school ready to open from a blank canvas to a fully developed curriculum and creation of a welcoming environment to learn.
